Oil Leaks
Ah yes what is a mini without oil leaks? Rust protection you may say.
Majority of leaks are due to degraded engine gaskets, oil pan leaks, oil seals and others due to engine design and age.
Don't panic bring it to us will make it look clean, keeping the oil inside the engine instead of outside.
Clutch Replacement
Depending on your driving style, the clutch in your Mini cooper may last a long time
Even if your using it as a daily eventually clutches do wear out over time, and you may be at the stage where it needs replacing – and that’s where we come in!
Daily/track Mini or full on Mini track day warrior it will wear out quicker and in most cases clutch will fail under minor increase in engine power upgrades.
Some Symptoms of a failing clutch
- Hard to select gears
- Engine RPM increasing with no increase in vehicle speed
- Burning smell from vehicle
- Clutch pedal not returning
- Shudder when changing gears
